WHY IS USING A PRIVATE TRANSFER A GOOD SERVICE?
Our transfers are fast, safe and affordable. Prices are known in advance and lot cheaper than a taxi.
WHAT VEHICLES ARE AVAILABLE?
We drive minibus which seat up to 8 passengers as Renault Trafic Passenger, Opel Vivaro and similar.
WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE?
Your transfer includes all costs associated with the transfer. This means any freeway tolls, fuel etc are included. The price also includes the transport of your luggage. The price we quote you includes all your costs so there will be no hidden expenses.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU USE?
You can make a payment by Bank Transfer in HRK, EUR, USD or AUD or by Paypal.
IS THE RESERVATION CHARGED EXTRA?
No, reservations are not charged extra.
CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
The service can be canceled up to 48 hours in advance without additional charge. For more detail, please review our Cancellation Policy.
WHERE WILL THE DRIVER WAIT AT THE AIRPORT?
Our driver will wait you in the airport Arrivals, holding a sign with your name on it.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE CASE OF A FLIGHT DELAY?
If your flight is delayed, there is 1 hour additional waiting time without any charge. Available for some services
IS SMOKING ALLOWED IN VEHICLES?
Smoking is not allowed in vehicles. One of the qualities of our service is keeping the vehicle clean and fragrant.
IS IT ALLOWED TO TRANSPORT ANIMALS IN THE VEHICLE?
Yes, it is allowed to transport animals in the vehicle in the owner's animal transporter.
CAN I ORDER A CHILD CAR SEAT?
For now, we still do not offer child car seats.
WHAT IF I LOSE OR LEAVE A PERSONAL ITEM IN A TRANSFERYST VEHICLE?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items in the vehicle. If you leave a personal item in the vehicle, you can contact us at info@transferyst.com.
ARE THE TRANSFERYST VEHICLES ADAPTED FOR TRANSPORT OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES?
Unfortunately, our vehicles are not suited for transporting persons with disabilities.
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR TRANSPORT OF PERSONAL LUGGAGE?
No, we do not charge extra for transport of personal luggage. 1 suitcase + 1 handbag per person is included.
DO I HAVE INSURANCE DURING THE TRANSFER?
You are insured during your transfer but we recommend that you have an extra insurance for the entire trip.
ARE TIPS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
No, tips are not included in the price. Although not mandatory, they are highly appreciated.
